I had it out with my mother the other day and she's going to help me out with the cost of surgery (in february though not booked it yet). Here are my pics. These are the pics I have sent to makeitinpoland.com as I hope they can help me out.

I agree with the other posts. Nothing really bad. It's a minor case indeed. I'd give 2/10 or a tiny 3. The choice you're gonna make belongs to you. Keep us posted to tell us what you really decide. You sound ready for surgery...

Thank you for your replies. I have had more time to thikn about surgery but have decided to try and cut off a bit more weight and see how that changes the look of my chest (if at all). So from Monday I am going to start dieting again. At my heaviest I was 95kg but now i'm 85kg. I've had a few months off from dieting so now is a good time to start again. I'd like to drop another 5-10kg and see how I look. I workout out so I'd like to see my abs hopefully!

It doesnt look like you need to lose any weight how much do you weigh and I can barely see your gyne unless I sit and examine your chest and then its very minor but good luck with whatever you plan on doing

I agree with Angel Allen on that.But whatever you decide do the research first.Don't just take everybody else's opinion at face value,including mine.
