pseudo gyne and lypo

hey guys,

im 18 and have mild pseudo gyne. saw a PS the other week and he said if i wanted treatment, lipo would be best. just wondering if any1 has any pics of their mild pseudo gyne who only required lypo? is scarring/hypertrophic tissue formation less likely when it's just lypo? how big are the incisions for the lypo tubes?
