Wondering if this breast issue can be fixed by exercise or surgery only. My weight goes right to my chest and backside. https://ibb.co/W6FxSWQ https://ibb.co/GQ2HWWL

Fitness is a wonderful thing, but it will not reduce the size of your breasts.
There are many quack Herbal remedies that claim to get rid of the condition, but none of them really work.
The only realistic choices are to accept the condition or have surgery to remove it.

Paa_Paw is correct on everything and as far as your choices! The big difference between the two is one can cost several thousands of dollars and the other is about how much it bothers you and can you handle it or accept it!

We have a large area here on the forum for acceptance.

I wear compression right now but I’m trying to figure out if it’s just uneven fat distribution that can be shed with diet and fitness or if I have like a feminine chest due to hormones/gyno.. Why is my backside parallel to my chest in how it grows with weight and doesn’t decrease when I lose the weight?
