Puberty induced gynecomastia?

Hello guys!

Im 15 years old and ive got these puffy nipples. My doctor says its puberty, but i dont think so. They get erect when im cold. Also from this picture you cant see, but im not fat, quite skinny actually.

What can it be??

I agree with your doctor . Mine was almost identical to yours when I was 15. When did it first appear? With you only being 15 it may go . I was just unlucky and it never went . It is a really mild case at the minute .

Thanks for the fast reply. It started about my 15th birthday, last november. Im not afraid to go in public or anything, because right now its not that bad. But i wanted to know if its going to get worse and i have to get medicines before its too late ;(

Don't let it bother you . It's really mild .your only young sit tight enjoy life .and if it gets worse in your twenty s and its affecting you every single day .then consider treatment .
