Rate my Gynecomastia

I'm now 27, and I've had puffy nipples with hard glands underneath since my early teens.  How severe do you think it is?  Would you recommend surgery?  If so, could anyone recommend surgeons in CT?

Asymmetrical or Uneven Gynecomastia is quite common. The difference between the sides exaggerates the contour issue.

Not all surgeons have the same skills nor use the same techniques.  The surgeon you chose should demonstrate specific / before after surgery pictures for this variant.  We see many patients from Connecticut who prefer my techniques.  They often start with our Preliminary Remote Discussion to minimize travel.

yes on recommending surgery unless you want to spend the rest of your life with it.  you could probably search ct on the site engine, there's one or two in boston, jacobs is in nyc, and others travel to see people like bermant.  you kind of have to do your own homework to decide who you think you'd like to work with.  welcome to the site.

I really don't think it looks that bad, run100.  If you look really hard and focus on the pictures you can tell it is not a perfect chest... but... if it is not someone with a super critical eye it looks pretty much normal I think.  Although, cameras have a nasty way of either hiding or exaggerating things in an astounding way sometimes.  I went to buy a car that looked great in pictures, but real life looked really awful, and vice versa on another one.
