how worst it looks ? from 1 to 10 what it's the rate ?

No point in getting ratings mate, it really isnt going to make any difference and will just make you more parnoid!

its a fairly big case of gyne, and the only cure is surgery ... so you can either accept it or have it operate its upto you!
