Quite noticeable, but nothing bad at all ! The profile view reveals it quite obviously. I'd say 4-5 on a 1-10 scale maybe... Surgery is the best solution to get rid of gyne in your case. Can you feel some hard tissue beneath your nipples ? Or is it soft tissue ?

Directly beneath the nipple? When its puffy I mean it just feels soft. I can feel the muscle behind it, but no bumps or discs or anything like that. Just feels like a muscle with flab on top of it.

The nipple isnt always puffy. Ive amended the first post (or am about to in about 5 seconds) to add one without puffy nipple. :-P

Does anyone else ever get such a big difference between the puffy nipple and the regular? >_>
