You appear to be in excellent physical shape -- and have puffy nipples, which are probably close to being solid gland.  Realistically, surgery is your only answer.

I would be very leary about trying herbal remedies -- sometimes they can actually promote additional growth.

sorry for the multiple post...I'm pretty new to this...I'm 25 y/o   I've had these boobs for a while, I've been working out like a mad man for years trying to get rid of them and now I'm realizing that keeping these a secret has severely hindered me...I'm a virgin though pretty much all the women I know think that I'm very good looking...I'm pretty sure most of my friends think I'm gay or something because I never have women and I just don't know what to do anymore,  they are purely gland...I can't afford surgery but I would consider any advice that anyone would give me as far as natural remedies(which seem to be hard to find a clear asnwer as to what actually works)...I've been too embaraced to tell anyone let alone show anyone my bare chest.  And I do mean everyone including my parents and closest friends.

Sorry, there are no "natural remedies" that reverse gynecomastia. There can be medical options that do work when someone still is in the active stimulation phase and the problem causing the gland swelling to stop. There are also weight loss options for those who have a significant fat component (not an option for someone with extremely low body fat as seen in photos).

Here is an answer I previously posted that has resources about the emotion of living with gynecomastia and an actual demonstration of the effectiveness of body shaping garments.  The garments are a great temporizing tool, an emotional band-aide that many of my patients use until their conditions stabilize or they can have the surgery.
