hello im 19 years old i'm 177 sentimeters on 85 kilograms. i practice fitness from 3 years and it gives some result for me. But my gyno is still there. You must see it and comment it. First two are in normal status. 3 and 4 are in "pushing" status. I was going to my doctor but he says its normal. I was fat before 3 years and i was 95 kg (but with no muscules and very much fat). Now im in average sport form and I don't know what i can do. Surgeon is no opinition for me cause it's very expensive i'm from macedonia. But I think in this forum there are brothers who can help me with their wise words. I was captured only down part of chest cause in up part all is normal.

Here are my pictures:

Hi and welcome :)

I looked at your pictures, and yes it is gynecomastia. But it is not that bad.
My chest looked like yours before my operation, maybe worse.
Here's a link to my pictures  http://www.gynecomastia.org/smf/index.php/topic,9516.msg67515.html#msg67515

I dont think your gyne is that bad, but it is there.  If you cannot afford the surgery,  it may be possible for your medical insurance to cover it.

My surgery experience was good. No pain at all, just some soreness for a few days. I had it only 2 weeks ago so i am still healing but things are OK  ;)
Yes, puffy nipples is another form of gynecomastia. The puffy nipple is caused by hard gland tissue behind the nipple that causes it to 'puff' out. I had it too, and when the hard gland is taken out, my nipples became smaller and not puffy.

Yeah, gyne's there, not very bad but no doubt that it's gyne. If your national health insurance can cover the cost of an operation, go for it. Good luck !

You have a medium case of gynecomastia.

I think that Blatino always tells people not to get surgery. Someone told me he had a gynecomastia fetish. Not that there's anything wrong with that, just don't take his advice.

If not Blatino, then I apologize.

... I think it's atleast a little bit more serious than you guys are saying... I'd say it's bad enough for surgery, that is if your atleast near the end of puberty.

but thats just me.

Puffy nipples and gyne are the same thing.  Go for the surgery if it makes you feel better, you won't regret it.

don't, you're right on, and watch out for at least 2-3 others too.  "nothing wrong with that" -- yeah, except if like him you drool all over kids pics here and tell them how hot they are and scare them away from getting basic information and advice.  that belongs on the perv boards, not here.

* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

Hello again! Mow I'm in post-op period and I'm pointing the the 3rd month of the day that i was been in the hospital.

Here are my pic now. Look at the others in first post and please give me your point to that how good is it. I'm satisfied of the operation, but i think the surgeon was not so good. But anyway, i pay only 100$ for the surgery. The surgeon told me that he didn't make a lypo, only excise of under-nipple. I think my right nipple is bigger than left nipple, but I think i it will remain/recover after few months (i hope) and both will be equal on first look. Now I'm practice fitness and somewhat of jogging and my life continue.
