Rate my gyno outta 10, it doesn't really bother me too much...I have girlfriends etc I go swimming, I think I just don't like it cause in gr10 I didn't know anything about it, so I used to like show off in the gym changeroom. people would laugh didn't really think it was a big deal but then it started to come back to haunt me "eh lets see those golfball nipples" and stuff when I didn't want anyone to know about it anymore, and in my senior year no one said anything and forgot about it. but its still left me a tad self concious, but I still live my life normally I don't let it hold me back too much but anyways here they are.

   I'm wondering if I can just get by without getting it removed, maybe its only really noticable to me.  I know that weight lifting can make it look worse, but maybe I can get away with it and just go far enough so it doesn't look gross, I've been weight lifting for about 3 months now

i dont understand why some guys say for you to 'get out of here' and you have 'no gyne'.  yes, you do have gyne.  milder version compared to a lot of guys here, but you do have it.  you are thin, so thats helping you, but its there, its noticeable, and obviously bugs you.  it aint going away, it will only get worse if you gain weight down the road, and its most likely just gland.  your choice, but YOU DO HAVE GYNE.

If you nipples poke out through shirt like a womans breast then you have gyne and you need lipo with gland removal. I learned that from the veteran guys on this board.

Slight bit of gyne, not severe at all of course, but you've got gyne. I'd give a 1-2 / 10 not more !
If I were you, I wouldn't pay attention to it. Now, if it really bothers you, I'd understand you'd think about surgery. But it could be worse I fear...

 the left side doesn't stick out as far cause theres more gland, so its almost like it pushes the nipple down, where the right is like no gland and all nipple so that one sticks out more, its hard to explain

I'm not that skinny I'm like 170 pounds, I was about 155 at the start of July, I've put on quite a bit, I wanna get to like 185 solid, you think I can get away with it? cause it doesn't really look that bad now I've never been gawked at or anything

I'm 18, what if I only do incline to push it down, kinda like Rashad Evans sorta deal he has huge nipples but his face downwards he's a mixed martial artist and thats the first thing I noticed on him

It shouldn't bother you at all m8 ... only reason everyone here's saying you got it is because were the guys that can notice it due to being victims ourselves.

Any average joe on the road wouldn't give you a second look!!

I've seen some of Merles pics of dudes who are in deadly shape, and they have puffy nipples, if I looked like them I wouldn't give 2 sh*ts about it, but because I'm lean it feels like I have a flat chest then like hershey kisses that stick out, where as if I had a more muscular chest it wouldn't look as bad I don't know.. I'm just blabbing now
