okay here are my pre and post op pics by dr. magassy in mclean, va  -

please comment however you'd like

btw dr. bermant said i would need a reduction and a lift (mastoplexy) but dr. magassy said i would only need a reduction and that my chest would lift naturally since chest skin is one of the more elastic types of skin on our bodies...

Awesome results man. About ur right nipple, I've seen it on many people here. What's the cause to that? (Looks like it's folded over a bit).

Regards, Ryan.

Thanks for the warm response.

yeah the right nipple is folded because more gland was present on the right side. If you look at the pre op very closely youll see the right side larger. So the right nipple went through a greater reduction.  He said this is normal and will be round within a couple months. Also if you look at the 8 day post vs the 24 day you'll see how it is unfolding slowly.

Lip? What's that?

Literally no pain at all. He injects an IV block before surgery so you aren't in pain after the anesthesia wears off. He gave me 40 pain pills I only took 4 which I didnt even really need. More soreness but it felt like a good sore.

He used ultrasound lipo (330cc from each side) and excision.
Any other questions?

you  quoted 6700 bucks, seems fair.
Do you get to wear any clothes [ underwear] or  do you have to get  naked for this operation?
Is it a private operation or are a  bunch of people around staring at you?
Did you  talk with any other doc  first?

did  you  tell friends and family?

yeah that was the total price.

Yeah I had pants on. Only nude from waist up. There is the scrub nurse, rounds nurse, and anethesist lady. All very nice and it wasn't awkward at all. We had a good talk before going to sleep about meeting her daughter. Haha it was quite amusing. Btw he has his own surgical center in his building.

Yes my family knew. Didnt tell friends or coworkers. Even tho ive been to the beach with friends ha so they'll find out soon enough.

My chest looks similar to yours ... I can safely say though that crease slowly dissapears as mine is nearly gone adn im 5 months post op.

My left handside was slightly bigger than the other so I have a bit more loose skin on one side.

Might need revision for myself but I dunno yet but natural elasticity seems to be doing its job OK so far on me ... im 20 btw.

Have you been wearing a compression shirt or just ace bandages?

almost 4 weeks now ive been wearing the compression vest pretty much 24/7. its actually weird feeling my nipples touch normal clothing, but ill get used to it. im going to wear it for the full two weeks. why not, it's comfortable and keeps me warm in the winter.

I was just asking because my surgeon had me wrap in ace bandage, where everyone on here seems to be wearing the compression vests. I hope it doesnt make too much of a difference.
