I have been having gyno since the 4th grade, now I am in the 9th grade. My right side is bigger than my left side.

How old are you? Can you feel solid gland like lumps behind each nipple?

Well, in my opinion you do appear to have  very mild gynecomastia. This is a result of puberty, which you are still going through. Alot of kids your age will experience this, but don't worry too much now as it should dissapear over the next few years as your hormones balance out.

I had nipples similair to yours when i was your age, unfortunately mine didn't dissapear and i have just had something done about them. But both my brothers had similair nipples/gyne in their teens and both of theirs went away!

So don't worry too much now man, be patient and they should go away.

You're only 15. I'd say you still have a couple years before really considering surgery, unless it bothers you enough, and you can afford it. I wish I knew surgery was an option, and I knew what gynecomastia was, when I first got it at 13.

I am not self-conscious about my gyno at all. I went to the water park 3 weeks ago and I didn't care who seen my gyno. I just want to know, is it bad like people say it is.

what do you mean "rate it"? If you want to know the size of your breasts ( which in my opinion arent breasts but a normal male chest) you just need to google bust measurement  & there are dozens of sites that will tell you how to make the sizing which is universally accepted as in- 34A, 36B etc ect.
IF on the otherhand you want , as others seem to on this site want some kind of "marks out of ten" then as I have posted before this is completely meaningless!
 Only YOU can make such a score by how much it bothers you! For example I have 38B breasts & on a 1 to 10 score of how much they bother me Id say between a zero some days & a 6 others!

BTW you chest doesnt resemble that of a females to my eyes! ::)

I never said I had huge female breasts. I just have glands under both of my nipples. I just wanted to see what people thought.

gynecomastia- female like breasts  ::)
You don't have to have huge breasts to have gynecomastia. I have alot of breast tissue that means I have gyencomastia.

Agreed.

Literally, gynecomastia does mean 'woman breasts', but this is quite subjective and leaves too much room for interpretation to be an actual medical definition. Doing a simple Google search might yield better, more appropriate definitions:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=G46&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&defl=en&q=define:gynecomastia&sa=X&ei=K7iGTMq6A4qivgPTyYHuCg&sqi=2&ved=0CBIQkAE

The common theme here seems to be excessive growth of breast tissue, not woman-like breasts.
