im a 16 year old skinny boy i have no muscles and i have a lump under my left nipple is this ever going to go away.

If you have a lump go see a Dr ASAP, don't fool around if it is more than a lump.  

Doesn't look like gyne to me at least not comparatively so...Maybe a tad puffy nipples, but personally nothing like "a female breast".
