Definitely glandular gyne.  Good news is its a pretty quick fix, seems like you have no actual fat tissue. So you wont need liposuction, just gland excision.  All you will need is the hard lump to be cut out and your nipple will look normal.

One of my nipples has been enlarged since I was around 12, I'm 17 now and having an enlarged breast is pretty frustrating. I'm 6'0 165, I'm hoping I can get some suggestions from the community. Thanks

True One Sided or Unilateral Gynecomastia is the ultimate test of a doctor's skill. Make an operated side match something that never had surgery!  Here is another example of One Sided Gynecomastia. For most, the real problem is Assymetric or Uneven Gynecomastia, one side larger than the other. From the limited photos, it is difficult to tell on your particular case. Options depend on factors best explored during a consultation.

Absent a physical exam, it appears that one side is much larger -- and you would be a candidate for surgery.

What must be determined is whether there is a smaller amount of gyne on the "normal" appearing side.  I have had many patients in your situation -- and it is important to assess whether the other side has any gyne as well -- the object is to get the chest as near normal and symmetric as possible.  It is difficult, but not impossible, to work on just one side and get it to look like the untreated side -- but again, it is tough.
