Web-like structure of hard flat "pebbles" in chest. No single hard mass behind nipple. 
Wondering if surgery can be performed.I've had enough of it!

If you were not trying so hard to show it, a more objective opinion would be easier.  Three views re suggested, full front, side and 1/4 views.  And they are easier to evaluate if upright.

Agreed, it's hard to make any suggestions from the picture you posted!
