two weeks post op and one breast rock hard

I am 15 days post op and one of my breasts is rock hard. The other breast feels normal and looks good. I had lipo only done and am resigned to the fact that the still hard breast may not come down to the size of my other breast. Does anyone know if this is normal as far as the hardness. This breast was bigger pre op and more agressive lipo was done on this breast.  Any comments would be breatly appreciated.

I'm 18 days post-op and noticed earlier in the week that one side was alittle more swollen than the other.  Now the swelling has gone down and the size difference is less noticeable.  They took out the same amount of tissue from both sides (500cc).  I'm not too worried though because I figure it's all part of the healing process.  When they first took the drains out my skin was very wrinkled, but over the last week my skin is looking firmer.  I'm so glad that I had the operation
