UPDATE 1 week post op, 1st time ive seen my chest.

Well it has been 1 week and 1 day since my surgery and I thought I would post some pics.

Firstly I havent removed all of the dressing/ bandages as they bloody hurt!!

More importantly I have noticed a slight 'dent' just on top of my right side. It is early days and I hope it is nothing major.

I couldnt notice a single bruise even a couple of days after the surgery so I am sure that is a good thing.

I have just looked at my pre op pics and wow... I totally appreciate my new chest. Seems to be a drastic change.

wow, pretty impressive....... with the way the recovery usually goes you can expect to see a reduction in swelling over the next few months as well.

Your chest now fits your body frame,   the small crease doesn't look like it is deep and is probably just fluid and swelling.

I think the main thing your chest looks pretty tight, so it looks like you are going to get away without any scars from skin excision, which is a major bonus.
