It seems to have developed over the last few months/weeks? What can I do??? Could it be due to a hormonal imbalance (estrogen)???

The 2nd picture is in reverse position of the 1st picture (The right pec on the first picture is actually the left on the second).

Well, it's  hard to tell given that you don't show us before pictures. I have been also prescribed propecia for my hair loss but after I bought it, while reading the side effects, it mentioned that your sex drive may be lowered and that you may develop breasts. Propecia must be some sort of hormone inhibitor. Given these facts, I never used it. as for your case, it's very mild and could have developed from use of propecia but we cannot know given you did not provide us with any before pictures.

Before, both my pecs were the same and looked like the left pec in the first picture (not the one on the left, my left).

I would say then that it's possible that a small amount of breast tissue has grown. I would stop the propecia and see the doc. Good luck.

manohman,

Stop using it right away. There may be other very bad side effects. Check this:

See your doctor.

Oops I'm so sorry it seems I gave you a wrong link. Here it is:

http://www.propeciasideeffects.com/

It says on the forums these guys have that the newly researched side effects are going to be officially indicated on Propecia sold in Europe.

Thanks for the help, I've been reading up on this site, it was really the one to clue me in on possible gynecomastia from the drug, and I wouldn't even be here wondering if I had it if not for them. Anyways, I'm sure it's some sort of hormonal issue stemming from my propecia use, and I have started using Zinc to try and combat this somewhat.
