From the photo, I would presume that your weight loss was substantial. Congratulations.

Now to the problem at hand. The skin is elastic but it does have limits. Again presuming that your weight loss was substantial, and if that loss was quite recent, It might be best to wait a season to see if and how much the skin will retract or shrink. Ultimately it will be needful to have surgery to further reduce the breast size and to remove excess skin.

In the short term, a compression garment could be a great help to support, minimize and (to some extent) conceal the breasts. While many men would cringe at the mere mention of a bra, others find that they can be quite comfortable. Athletic bras can help in many of the same ways as a compression garment. There are entire sections here about garments.

Congrats on your weight loss!  You will look better and certainly are healthier!

Weight loss, however, does not get rid of gynecomastia.  And in addition, the skin, which was stretched out when you were heavier, has lost some of its ability to tighten by itself.  As a result, you have residual (albeit smaller) gyne but with the stretched out skin your breasts have gone south.

In cases such as yours, lipo and gland excision is not enough -- you would require some sort of skin removal as well.  This is a larger and more complex operation, but it is the only way you could achieve a snug, contoured chest with your nipples positioned appropriately on your chest.  The trade-off for the improvement, however, is some additional permanent scars on your chest.

Good luck!
