Hi, sorry to bother you all. Im after some advice and information, regarding my 'moobs'.
Basically i'd like to know what the problem is, and what I can do to remove it.

Im 18 years old now, 70kg, 5ft 10. Id consider myself fit, as im currently applying for the military. ( 3 miles in under 21 mins etc)
The problem started when I was around 13/14 years old, my nipples became big and puffy.
My 'pec' as it where, is 'normal'. But the nipple itself is puffy, and underneath the nipple is a form of tissue if that makes sense?

I've tried to capture it on camera the best I can. The body shots didnt capture it too well so I grabbed the nipple area to show this excess tissue/fat.

Any help would be appreciated.

From the side it looks like you have a minor case of puffy nipples but from the front you have the ideal chest most people aim for after surgery, definitely not worrying about since you can't even notice, just looks like muscle.

Judging by your low body fat level its not fat but if your curious then tense up your pecs as hard as you can and then feel around your nipple to see what is tissue and what is muscle.

Right ok thanks. The pictures from the front really don't capture how puffy the tissue/nipple is, i'd be happy if they looked like that :D

The final picture here: http://img689.imageshack.us/i/dscf2431.jpg/   This is me just pinching the area, to show how much there is.
The only time they look 'normal' is when im cold?

I'd like to know:
Is it possible this can go away on its own, if so, how much longer should I wait?
Are there any t-shirts which would prevent my nipples poking through all my t shirts and jumpers?
If the puffiness does not go away, how much approx would surgery cost to correct this?

Again, thankyou for taking your time to help me out, and any further help is appreciated.
Cheers

You barely have any gland and have a fit body..i wouldnt worry about it.

Since your 18 y/o i'd say that you pretty much done puberty so it may not improve much more

you could trying gaining muscle perhaps?
