Will gyno surgery give me a flat chest?

Hi,

first post here, I've had breasts since a very young age and am 30 years old now and just want to get rid of them...
Wanted to know if the procedure would completely get rid of them?
I am also currently working out hoping to loose weight and build up some muscle, and would hope to get the procedure done in September.
What is more important when doing the surgery... loosing weight or building muscle on the chest?

Losing weight and building muscle are both important -- but I would stress that it would be best that you be at your lowest and stable weight possible when going into surgery.

Will surgery provide you with a flat chest?  That depends on what you mean.  Looking at your photos, you appear to be overweight.  When proper gyne surgery is done, its goal is to make you look like a normal guy at that weight -- not flat.  In fact, the normal pec muscle has a slight rounded shape -- it is not flat.
