...what you're talking about when it comes to gyno, so I figured I'd post some pics and ask your opinion. I'm thinking about having the surgery, your thoughts/suggestions?

Definitely gland in there.  You would do well with excision and a little lypo perhaps.  Talk to a PS, and if you do get surgery absolutely require gland excision.

Looks like you have a similiar but milder case compared to mine.  From what I understand, if you are young, healthy, and have a thin to medium build, surgery will work well.

Something to keep in mind.

Almost anyone with a saw could cut 2 feet off the end of a board, removing 1/32 of an inch requires some finesse.

Even a very tiny male breast becomes more prominent as the pectoral muscle becomes more defined. Surgery then would require constraint and finesse as well.

Before you commit to surgery, make sure your expectations are realistic and seek out the best surgeon you can find.
