First of all, if you need to remove 3 inches around your nipple area, a good doctor would probably recommend doing both lipo and excision of the gland. ive never heard of a gland so big that covers 3 inches all around the nipple so you most likely have what I had which is excess breast tissue which needs to be liposuctioned and a small gland directly beneath the nipple which needs to be cut out.

You're right - if I was paying i'd scout around and not settle for any less than the best!

I need either to look for a brilliant PS on the NHS or a Brilliant one privately - nothing less.
