Insurance and surgery
Has anyone been able to use fep blue (federal employees insurance) to pay for this surgery? I have lots of questions.

Most insurance companies will not cover gyno surgery -- they claim it is cosmetic.

You can inquire about the criteria that your insurance company uses to decide if they will cover gyno surgery.  That can be helpful -- but there are no guarantees.
