Ok, I've been suffering from 'puffy' nipples for three years now, and a moderate fat build up on my pecks. I am in no ways fat, infact I am muscular. It's a large clash between my hard abs and my flabby chest...

But enough rambling...

I told my parents about my thoughts of my condition (Im 16, going on 17) and we went to our local GP today.

He checked me out and said there was nothing he could do, but reccomended surgery to get me those flat pecks that I want.

So, I'm getting surgery to reduce my chest size and shrink my nipples on June 30th.

Gawd, does anyone have any advice on how to prepare for this??

I'm so looking forward to the day when my nipples don't show through my shirt....

Get a good quality compression garment and don't get yer knickers in a knot. ;)  The actual surgery is a piece of cake! No preparation necessary actually. Try not to think about it too much...

jc...

Had no adverse reactions to it.  ;)

Wish I had some of that on tap for when I have trouble getting to sleep. Man, it knocks you out cold in seconds. I like it!  ;D
