12 days post op. Just had my stitches removed in local surgery.the nurse said how good the stitch work was so I am very pleased. Scarring isnt very notice able and my bruises are as good as gone.
I have some scar tissure build up which I will now work on breaking down everyday.
I'll put some new photos up after maybe another week.

4 weeks post op. Swelling is very minimal. Scar tissue isn't bad at all but I have been very strict with massaging. Scars themselves are nothing so over all I am extremely please at this stage. Still wearing my vest probably 22 hours a day as I don't find it annoying at all, it's actually comfy and helping keep me warm.

If your considering surgery stop giving it a second thought and do it as it's the best thing I have done. To be able to wear the clothes I wanted over Christmas is amazing. Can't wait to start training again in 2 weeks!

I am now 6 weeks post op. I started back training a few days ago with no restrictions and no swelling after or pain what so ever. Extremely happy with everything. Pretty much no swelling and scar tissue us reducing but still large amount on my right side but not noticeable. My scars under nipple are also very minamal and I've shown a few people and they cannot believe how small they are.

Don't hesitate to book your surgery just do it!!

Here is my most recent progress picture.
Nearly 9 weeks post op. Still very happy! Lost 13 lbs since January and slowly gaining muscle again. Want to lose another 10 or so!!
Still have scar tissue and massaging probably 20 mins a daY.

I really cannot be happier.
