Had to go to the dentist last week for a routine cleaning. All went well. However, I had a new experience. The cord for the buffer/drill kept flopping over by right breast nipple resulting in significant sensation. It took effort to keep from jerking / twitching each time it happened. I do not wear a bra as my wife would never approve.

Has any one else experienced this?

Yep. as they grow they can get sensitive. How large have you developed to? When I was a b/c I'd thought my wife would divorce me over the thought that I might wear a bra....as a old fart in the d+ range that changed, She understands that they can hurt from hanging around unsupported.... and that large hanging/bouncing ones are more noticeable than supported ones in a minimizer.

I only wear to dentist if I have a flannel shirt on.  If I go in a fishing shirt, where I always bra up, I don' to the dentist.  They are very conservative and I just don't want to even go there.  And it has been uncomfortable for me at times.  I have reached the point where I will just have to and let it be their problem.  Treat it like all my other outings I guess.

Regarding breast size, my band size is 40 inches and over the breast size is 48 inches. As you know bra size measurement for females does not correlate to the same breast size for males in most cases. My nipple and areola dimensions fit in the female size norms.
