Yep... I wear them working out and sometimes when I need to flatten my boobs when out and about wearing t shirts or polos. Cant wait to take it off when I get home.
Just part of living with boobs😢

I pretty much just wear t shirt bras and racerback style pullover bras or bralettes. Tank top type pullovers are an option as well but have veeering away from them as recently became aware just how obvious the back shows through a lot of my options for shirts. Racerback provided more comfort and confidence for my day to day

I have a new racer back front hook that I really like.   I just don't have the dexterity in my shoulders to muster one on and off it is a slip over.

I thought I would share the website and info of the new one I just got.  Its a bit pricey and because its a newer style I have yet to find a sale.  I typically shop sales.  I was here looking ahead to the warmer weather and found this.  I have several Wacoal bras and have this in a back clasp so when I saw this style I wanted to give it a go.

OK, I have had a week and a half with the Duluth tanks.  ( the ones with a bra & the ones without the internal bra) got them on sale for 9 $ each. Got to use them in a variety of situations, gym, home,  about town … among friends, picking up people at the airport.
I have found that the internal bra is good to prevent swaying, not so good at controlling the side boob. So, placing it over a sports bra makes for great camouflage & control. It is warm though.

The non bra tank over either a wired or sports bra works okay and I like the     ‘ hug ‘ feeling it gives. Less camouflage this way.

Either one is great for sway control alone at home at the end of the day.

Surprised they had hardware on the straps. I have 2 of each will not need any more. A couple more underwires should complete my wardrobe, if I don’t grow more !

I wear Duluth with the built in bra. I wear them over a light bra. Good for camouflage and support

The new balconette that I accidentally bought.

At the centre dress codes have gotten much more strict. Androgynous on a daily basis is an absolute requirement. I was even told by management that I needed to ditch the purple hair. Not really required to do so but requested to do so.

The occupational therapist commented on my recent purchase of a balconette bra saying how much better it looked on me because there was a lot less projection. She look quite appalled when I told her I actually like the projection. It is however a very comfortable bra and I will use it. I actually bought it by accident grabbing the wrong bra from the Shelf.

It does produce a lot less projection but more cleavage as your boobs are pressed flatter but closer together. It wears more like a sports bra with an underwire in it.

The fact that the gore of the bra looks more like the top of a tank top than the top of a bra also fits well with V-neck shirts. When my bra peeks out of the v-neck is simply looks like I have a black tank top on underneath. I have worn it underneath my Harper tops without any shirt underneath regardless of the deep v-necks.

I picked up a couple bras over the weekend and wore this one to the centre (attached image).

The lace cups, instead of molded cups, actually make my 42 F chest looks smaller with the less projection. The occupational therapist was very pleased with my choice in bras. It is now a highly enforced requirement to do my best to not flaunt my chest and keep things as androgynous as possible.

Comfort wise, it's a very breathable option perfect for warmer weather and very light with plenty of support thanks to the underwire.

I live my Torrid bras!
