Yes. You're not going to pull it off very easily in the passing public. Though that bra does you justice. So what if you're a bit nippley. 

Did all that odd pulling feeling and discomfort you were talking about a few weeks ago finally subside?

It is surprising how much boobage is ignored if the rest of your persona is explicitly gruff male. I'm currently 38 G // 40 F depending on manufacturer and cut and have had them mostly missed even by staff at bra fitters till I explicitly point them out. People are really not that observant, Once you fit into a pigeon hole they tend to miss the things that don't fit with their expectations.

No I still have the sensation and sensativity... areola have been puffy lately more often over last few weeks. Haven't really been record keeping just when I change out of bra I noticed some slight swelling. Occasionally. It can be hit or miss. Now as a type this i feel that puffy feeling. I am not wearing a night time bra tonight though. When I do it can reduce the sensation.  But sometimes just opt to go loose.

That sensation has been going on for far too long it seems.
 As long as you're healthy it'll probably just run it's course. Probably a little growth spurt going on with your nipples and areolas. Don't be surprised if your areolas spread out more in the end?
 The sports bra you have on there in your photo looks good and comfortable. Probably helps too ?
