mammogram every two years, just to be on the safe side. It's not fun, but better than a colonoscopy.

@Dude and JJ - I know it can be frustrating to not know a cause, but I am glad that it is just that and nothing else serious.
Same case for me, but I’m nearing 60, and at that point it is common, so as long as standard tests are in range and with prostrate issues my doctors seem unconcerned (like why bother, you have it, whatever, its not abnormal)
