Hello!

I had a gynaecomastia surgery 3.5 monts ago. The surgery consisted of removing gland without liposuction on both sides.

On the right side 20 grams of gland was taken away and 15 grams of gland on the left side. However I am not happy about the result and it has effect on my mental wellbeing.

I am thinking about revision but the surgent told me he took all the gland away. I would really like your opinion on this case.

It would be helpful if you included some "before" photos for comparison.  Also, your "after" photos should show your entire chest as well.

We will chime in after you post these photos.
