Can't cheat be fixed?

Can my chest be fixed and what can be done to fix it I don't even wanna take my shirt off. Both sides of chest aren't symetric and the indents on the one side. Also on the other there is wrinkles it's almost like is was sewn to tight on the other. Also my surgeon doesn't see the problem when clearly there is please help.

The right side looks like a peri-areolar tightening was performed -- with an incision completely around the edge of the areola.  The pleats that you see are common -- and they do tend to improve over time.  Can't comment on the left areola -- it is covered by a bandage.

BTW, this is one reason why I never do this particular operation on a guy.
