Hello!

I had a surgery six years ago in hospital. I would like to do something about asymmetry of left and right side of the chest.

As I understood reading similar posts, two things can be done, filling left side with fat or removing excess in the right.

Somehow I would rather like to do second option beacause I am little bit concerned about fat resorption.

First pic is with relaxed chest and arms, second is flexed, third with rised arms.

Please, what do you think?

Your chest looks OK in the relaxed pose but a crater on the left side is evident when the arms are raised. Not sure if the right side needs treatment as well.  In order to correct this, you would require revision surgery -- most probably fat flaps to fill in the crater.

You really need an experienced gyne surgeon to deal with this problem -- do you research carefully.
