Asymmetry

I'm coming up on the one month mark in my recovery this Thursday. I've basically conceeded that not enough was taken out on the right side. When I flex, the left side looks absolutely perfect but the right side still looks like there's some gyne left. The doctor told me I was still swollen two weeks ago but the weird part now is that I still feel swollen on the left side but the right side feels fine. At this point, should I expect that this is the final result?
