is it blood cot?

Hi Doctors,
Had gyne surgery 5 days back. Had my dressing removed day before yesterday.. started wearing compression belt (it's a rib belt)..
yesterday morning i noticed some blood cot above my left chest (near arm).. while am checking with my surgeon, he's yet to respond.. may be on vacation.. meanwhile got scared.. that's why i am asking you. please help. sharing some pics.

is it a blood clot? does it look serious? will it get resolved automatically? or should I consult some doctor?

This appears to be simple bruising and it should disappear by itself.  In fact, it may already be gone.
