I'm aware that a diet to lose body fat can lower your testosterone levels. Can this decrease in testosterone make you susceptible to a gyne recurrence.(post surgery)

Proper dieting, as opposed to crash, fad, radical, extreme, "insert-your-favorite-word-suggesting-excess" diets that are often promoted for quick fat loss, should not lead to significant alteration in testosterone levels.  Hormonal levels can be altered through dieting, both in women and men, but this is often a sign of compromise of other aspects of physical health due to the extreme nature of diet being proposed. This stresses the system, can cause increases in cortisol (which is also "catabolic") and and may lead to decreased testosterone levels. Balanced diets at a reasonable pace allow the body to compensate for the stress in other ways.
