I'm just wondering... lets say i put on weight im guessing i will add some fat to my chest... but will that fat become the same fat that i couldn't burn off? Do i really need to make sure i don't ever put on weight in order to keep the result. I mean i'm 6'1 12 stone... lets just say i went to a max of 13 stone...

Fat can always be burned off. If you put on weight after surgery you can always lose it again later.

Gyno tissue, to my knowledge, can never be burned off, even when reaching extremely low levels of bodyfat. If you have the gyno gland removed through surgery, it will not come back by putting on a bit of fat.
