I have a thin scar tissue on my one side of the chest. It is under the skin and causing a little dent. But scar is not sticked with the muscle. It stays with the skin. Too much fat was removed from this area in the first surgery. So my question is. Is it possible to correct the dent by fat grafting ? Will the fat survive on that area ? Approx. how many sessions would be necessary ?
My bodyfat percentage is about 28%. Will losing fat helps to correct this to a reasonable level ? I meant when the surrounding fat cells become smaller.

Fat grafting can improve an area like that shown in the photo.  It can take multiple attempts, depending on how successful the grafting is.  Weight loss, on the other hand, might help to improve it, but that's more difficult to say, and it would depend on the contour of the surrounding areas.
