Gynecomastia surgery pictures

Dear Doctors, I underwent a gynecomastia surgery earlier on. 

I am uploading the before and after pics for your perusal. From the pre-op pics, it is visible that my left chest is bigger and it contains a highly volume of glandular tissues. The surgery performed included both Excision and VASER Lipo. 

This was performed by a board certified plastic surgeon in Singapore. 

The picture I have uploaded is taken on the 2nd day post op (the results I am happy with). However, as seen in the picture, there is still significant swelling. Is it realistic to expect the swelling to go down completely in the coming weeks?

Also, what are your thoughts on the results?

I am currently wearing a compression garment 24/7.

You are much, much too  to begin to see results.  There is always a lot of swelling after  surgery.  Please be patient and allow for appropriate healing to occur -- which will take many months.  Then, take a more critical look.

At this point, you are just being too impatient.

Dr Jacobs, thanks for your reply. Have read lots about you. 
Having spent 15 tormented years with gynecomastia, I guess I was too curious too early. Shall patiently wait to see clear results.
