I had gynecomastia surgery about two years ago. Unfortunately I don't think my surgeon knew what he was doing (although he knew how to charge), and he ended up cutting into my nipples rather than around the edges (see attached pictures). He also didn't really correct my gynecomastia, which I still have to this day, but I guess that's a whole other story.

Is there anything I can do to conceal these unsightly scars?

Those scars are not unusual. Perhaps ideally they could be at the actual border. I honestly don't think anything is really going to help significantly. Even a surgical revision won't get rid of them but maybe thin down the portion that is a little wide.
