My chest has craters and wrinkles and bumps will this go away and when will it start to go away?

You are just one week post op -- and there is frequently swelling, bruising, etc.  It is absolutely impossible to predict now what you will look like when you have healed in 5-6 months.

If you have specific concerns, then you should return to your surgeon to discuss.  Otherwise, best to sit back and let Mother Nature tend to the healing.
