inverted nipples and loose skin

I had my surgery done in 2011 may. But I have inverted nipples and loose skin. Is there any way to correct this? Is any exercise or gym helpful? Please help!!!

You should, at the very least, return to your surgeon to discuss your options.  He knows what you looked like prior to surgery and what was done during surgery.  He would be in the best position to provide those answers to you.

If you are not satisfied, then you can and should research possible revision with other experienced gyne surgeons.
