Laser lipo

I had my glands excised and lipo done last year. However I am not happy with the results. Looks like I still have some fat. I am thinking about having laser liposuction

I have some queries on that:
1) Does it really works for fat removal? my doctor told me that he won't suck out the fat and it will get excreted automatically.
 
2)  is it safe to undergo this procedure?

3) can it really help in skin tightening?
My doctor told me that it can tighten the skin and it may take few months post surgery..
