Liposuction and weight loss

Hello docs. I got a liposuction and breast tissue removal surgery. My tissue volume was small. I had puffy nipples only. And right now somewhat fat in my lower chest has removed through liposuction. It doesnt make the chest like crap. It was done good. Have the shape of the muscle well. Now my bodyfat is about 20%. If i lower the bodyfat to about 12%. What will happen to my chest look ? I meant now the lower chest has a little fat compared to upper chest. Will i get a skin only lower chest and fat upper chest ?
