I am overweight (6'4'', 245 pounds) I definitely have some glandular tissue, but when I squeeze the areas around the breast (i.e. side of body under armpit, above breast, and below breast) there's a lot of fat. I understand that I can never get completely rid of it, but will it reduce some if I get to around 200 pounds or so?

Weight loss will reduce the fat, which will make the breasts look smaller.  However, weight loss will NOT get rid of the growth of the tissue underneath the breast.  It is this tissue that is causing the gynecomastia.  The only way to get rid of established glandular tissue is through surgery (usually a combination of lipo and excision of tissue).
