loads of lumps

Hello all,

I have many lumps in both sides of my chest. Roughly 50 each side all over and goes up to the arm pit. I've seen many doctors which are unsure and seen 2 specialise, one which say they are fat which I'll be able to burn most of it off with cardio. And the other very similar and says its fat pockets. Ultra sound picks up slight gyne but nothing to worry. But I really am worried, Surely having 50 lumps both sides is not normal?? They are all different sizes smallest being the size of a pea to 2-3 times the size of a pea.

Can you tell me what these are and if its true that I will be able to burn off most of these lumps?

I'm a male 25years old, 6ft, 180pounds

Best to see a plastic surgeon about this.  What you may be describing is small fatty tumors (lipomas) -- which are benign but which you cannot exercise away.  The other alternative is that you are just feeling small areas of firm fat and/or breast tissue -- which is likely benign as well.

Do you have any small lumps elsewhere on your body??

Hello, the Dr that told me that their fat pockets was a plastic surgeon. I only have these lumps in my chest, no where else.So these benign can only be removed by surgery I assume? I tell you what bothers me the most that I'm scared it could be breast cancer, I know its a slim chance but my chest is practically made of lumps. Why do I have these? They came about a year ago.

Oh and I also started to feel slight discomfort since these came, only on my right pec, its there most of the day it feels like deep heat is on my pec. Doctors just flog me off, I paid to see private with no joy.
