lumps

can someone plz tell what the lumps should feel like in my nipple. i have to push all the was into my nipple and im still not sure if i feel gland. it actually feels like fat because its squishy, however i'm 5'9 and 143 lbs w/ 12% body fat so it doesnt make sense.
