thanks sarah.  i stumbled onto the website while at work and didn't have the chance to fully explore it.  i found the listing you mentioned. i never realized that so many suffered as i do with this horrible condition. somehow, it makes me feel better that i'm not alone, although i would not wish this curse on my worst enemy!
