To begin with, I have self diagnosed that I have gyencomastica, It may be more fat, than gland as I can't tell the difference.
Question is if I put slight pressure on breast, and flatten it then rotate it, there is a noticeable round mass under the breast that moves with it. It has depth, and a diameter of 7 to 8 inches. Does this indicate any thing specific or just part of chest  muscle.

This is where a layman's attempts at self-diagnosis are potentially harmful.  No doctor can answer your question without a physical examination.

If you are that concerned about what you are feeling, then you should consult with a plastic surgeon with particular expertise in gynecomastia.

Sounds like you should get an examination and find out exactly what the fullness is. That's what doctors are for.
