I have gynecomastia, though it's starting to get better in the right nipple (you can barely feel the disc shape there anymore), but in my left nipple the disc-shape has become a ball-shape. There is also this lump on the skin that resembles a nipple, and you can feel this thin rod/vein when you squeeze it. I am 14 and going through puberty, but I'm still anxious about the small chance that it could be breast cancer.

Men do get breast cancer, but rarely and even mor rare at your age. even so, a change in the breast would cause me enough concern to make an appointment with my doctor.   This is not an emergency, but it is something that should be checked out.

After feeling it a bit more, it seems like the disc-shaped mass in my left nipple is still there, but it is super thin). The ball-shaped mass seems to be connected to the disc-shaped mass.
